Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Strong exp in Software Test Engineer (Selenium/Appium) with strong expertise in Selenium or Appium testing,. The candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium and Appium.
- Perform API testing to validate application functionality, integrations, and data flow.
- Execute manual testing activities including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and automation frameworks.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and overall quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure effective test coverage across applications and maintain quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong hands-on experience in web automation testing using Selenium and/or Appium.
- Good experience in API testing and validation.
- Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and processes.
- Experience with test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and automation pipeline integration.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience in mobile application testing using Appium.
- Knowledge of mobile automation frameworks and testing practices.
- Experience with SQL and database validation.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of performance or security testing.
- Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is an added advantage.
