Role Description The Quality Assurance Automation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of software systems supporting KESARIYA JEWELS’ business operations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing requirements, creating and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing, analyzing test results, and reporting defects with clear documentation. The engineer will collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to refine testing strategies, improve quality standards, and support continuous integration and deployment processes. The role also involves monitoring existing test suites, optimizing test coverage, and contributing to best practices in QA and automation.
Qualifications
- Strong Quality Assurance and Software Testing skills, with experience in defining test strategies and quality standards.
- Ability to design and document effective Test Cases and test scenarios based on functional and technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, including regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Practical experience with QA Automation, including building and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools, and exposure to CI/CD environments.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
