ANANT FRAGRANCE PVT LTD is looking for a QC Analyst / Senior Quality Control Analyst – GC-MS to join our Quality Control team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GC/GC-MS analysis, fragrance evaluation, quality control, laboratory testing, and analytical data interpretation, preferably within the fragrance, aroma chemical, essential oil, flavour, or perfume industry.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine testing and analysis using GC and GC-MS
Analyse and interpret chromatographic and analytical data
Conduct quality checks for fragrances, aroma chemicals, essential oils, and related raw materials
Support fragrance evaluation and comparison of samples against approved standards
Maintain accurate laboratory records, test reports, and QC documentation
Investigate deviations or quality issues and coordinate with relevant teams
Ensure laboratory instruments are properly maintained and calibrated
Follow established quality, safety, and laboratory procedures
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2–8 years in Quality Control / Analytical Laboratory roles
Practical experience operating GC and GC-MS instruments
Experience in fragrance, aroma chemicals, essential oils, flavours, perfumes, or related industries preferred
Good understanding of analytical testing and data interpretation
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a laboratory and cross-functional environment
