About the JobZexovo is looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about software quality, testing, and building reliable products.
You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to ensure that Zexovo's AI-powered SaaS products are reliable, scalable, user-friendly, and ready for production.
This is a hands-on role where you will be involved throughout the software development and release cycle, from understanding requirements and creating test cases to identifying defects, validating fixes, and supporting production releases.
What You'll Work On- Create, maintain, and execute detailed test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing
- Understand product requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman
- Validate application data using basic SQL queries
- Perform cross-browser, responsive, and device testing
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases
- Assist with release and production validation
- Test user workflows, edge cases, error handling, and application behavior
- Maintain QA documentation, test reports, and defect records
- Assist in developing and maintaining automated test cases
- Work with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Collaborate closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues
- Work with Product Managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning, testing cycles, and release processes
- Help continuously improve Zexovo's QA processes and testing standards
What We're Looking For- 2- years of experience in software QA/testing is preferred
- Good understanding of software testing fundamentals
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience creating and executing test cases
- Hands-on experience with functional and regression testing
- Basic experience with API testing
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation
- Familiarity with bug tracking and defect management
- Basic understanding of web and mobile application testing
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn automation testing and modern QA practices
Preferred SkillsThe following skills are a strong advantage:
- Playwright ,Cypress,Selenium,Postman,SQL,Git/GitHub
- Basic CI/CD knowledge
- JavaScript, Python, Java, or another programming language
- Experience with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
- Basic understanding of automated testing frameworks
