Role Description This is an on-site internship role for a Python Full Stack Trainer based in Ahmedabad. The trainer will deliver structured training sessions on Python and related full stack technologies, including planning lessons, preparing course materials, and conducting classroom-based instruction. Daily responsibilities include explaining core concepts through examples, guiding learners through coding exercises and projects, and providing individualized feedback and support. The trainer will assess learner progress, contribute to curriculum improvements, and collaborate with the academy team to maintain a practical, industry-oriented learning environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ Years of Strong foundation in Python programming and related web frameworks suitable for full stack development.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and basic back-end concepts (APIs, databases, deployment).
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly, design practical exercises, and support learners with diverse backgrounds.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with a learner-centric teaching approach.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred.
- Interest in training, mentoring, or teaching, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in an academic environment.
- Exposure to industry practices, version control tools, and collaborative development workflows is an advantage.
