We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience to join our startup team. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, hardworking, dedicated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
The ideal candidate should be willing to learn new technologies, adapt to changing requirements, and take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications.
* Work across the frontend and backend as required.
* Understand requirements and translate them into working solutions.
* Learn and adapt to new technologies and tools based on project needs.
* Collaborate with the team and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.
* Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them on time.
* Adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
Required Skills
* 2–3 years of experience in software development.
* Good programming and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
* Comfortable working in a startup environment.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements.
Good to Have
Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
* React.js and/or Node.js
* Git
* AI tools for software development and productivity
* Any deployment environment/platform
