🔹 HIRING | PURCHASE EXECUTIVE – INTERIOR FIT-OUTS
📍 Gurgaon | On-site
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join a growing Interior Design & Fit-Out firm in Gurgaon.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in procurement for interior fit-out projects and a strong understanding of materials, vendors, pricing, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end procurement for interior fit-out projects
• Source materials, furniture, fixtures, hardware, finishes and other project requirements
• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Obtain quotations, compare prices and negotiate commercial terms
• Coordinate with design, project and site teams to understand material requirements
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery as per project schedules
• Maintain purchase orders, vendor records and procurement documentation
• Monitor material quality, pricing and delivery timelines
What We're Looking For✔️ 3+ years of experience in purchase/procurement
✔️ Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs and construction materials
✔️ Experience working with interior design, turnkey, fit-out or contracting companies
✔️ Good vendor network and negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple requirements and project timelines
✔️ Strong communication and coordination skills
💰 CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
📍 Location: Gurgaon
