🚨 We’re Hiring | Purchase Executive – Food & Beverage
Ribbons & Balloons is looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team at Belapu Village, Kaup Taluk, Udupi, Karnataka.

📍 Location
Belapu Village, Kaup Taluk, Udupi, Karnataka
💼 Experience
1+ year of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in Food Manufacturing, QSR, Hospitality, or FMCG.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Source food ingredients, raw materials, spices, and processing materials
* Handle procurement of food-grade and compliant packaging materials
* Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers/vendors
* Coordinate cold-chain and temperature-controlled logistics
* Ensure vendors comply with FSSAI, FDA, and applicable food-safety requirements
* Monitor ingredient prices, purchasing costs, and market fluctuations
* Track shelf life and expiry to minimize food wastage
* Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery
* Maintain proper purchase records and documentation
🎯 What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of food procurement and perishability
* Knowledge of food safety and cold-chain logistics
* Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills
* Ability to make quick decisions regarding perishable materials
* Good quality assessment and communication skills
* Candidates from Food Manufacturing / QSR / Hospitality / FMCG backgrounds are preferred.
