Job Summary
Responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals cost estimation, and coordinating with vendors for pricing and procurement planning in industrial automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Review client RFQs and tender documents.
• Prepare technical & commercial proposals for PLC, SCADA, and control systems.
• Develop basic system design, 1/O list, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Estimate total project cost including hardware, software, and services.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations and material pricing.
• Evaluate vendor offers and ensure cost optimization.
• Maintain proposal documentation and costing records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Proposal/ Estimation / Purchase Coordination in the Industrial Automation domain.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
