MOL Information Technology (MOL-IT) is looking for an experienced SQL Database Support Professional to join our growing team and support global business-critical applications.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide production and application-level SQL database support
✅ Write, execute, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries
✅ Work extensively with Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, and Functions
✅ Investigate data-related issues and perform root cause analysis
✅ Perform data validation and reconciliation activities
✅ Monitor and resolve database incidents within agreed SLAs
✅ Support application teams with database-related issues and data requests
✅ Create and maintain SQL scripts for operational and support activities
✅ Document incidents, resolutions, procedures, and recurring issues
✅ Collaborate with Development and DBA teams to resolve complex database issues
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 3+ years of experience in SQL/Database Support
✔️ Strong expertise in SQL Queries, Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, and Functions
✔️ Experience in L1/L2 Production Support environments
✔️ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
✔️ Good knowledge of database relationships and data types
✔️ Experience handling data-related issues and priority incidents
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
⭐ Good to Have
🔹 Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
🔹 Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks
🔹 Understanding of Indexes, Triggers, Backup & Recovery Concepts
🔹 Experience with ServiceNow or Jira
🔹 Knowledge of ITIL and Incident/Problem Management Processes
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
