Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Evaluation of the effectiveness of Mall services & Real Estate projects.
- Making the report of Mall inspection along with scoring.
- Surveillance Inspections to monitor the status of Quality compliance as per GFC Drawings/WO’s item specifications/POs/Material Testing Plan (MTP)/Indian Standard or ASTM Standards (as applicable)/ Prevailing Construction Practices at project sites
- Quality Control of basic building materials.
- Carrying out the final inspection of finished products (residential, commercial etc.) based on priority.
- Ensure Quality Control audit at project sites in accordance with adequacy to ensure its effective process
- Audit of the Control of Records as per approved set of documents at project sites to provide documented evidence of various sub-activities/to get documented information at project sites,
- Creating and updating the Quality Manual documents as and when required
- Providing Training about various activities at site.
- Need based activities as when asked by HOD
