Role Description The Project Manager HVAC will oversee end-to-end execution of centralized air conditioning projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and adherence to client specifications. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves coordinating design reviews, supervising installations, monitoring progress, and managing project documentation. The role includes planning schedules, allocating resources, and liaising with architects, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues. The Project Manager HVAC will track budgets, manage procurement and logistics of HVAC equipment and materials, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities also include conducting site inspections, addressing client queries, and providing status reports to leadership to maintain transparency and project control.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify installation quality, system performance, and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transportation, storage, and site delivery of HVAC components efficiently.
- Relevant experience in HVAC project execution, preferably with centralized or VRV systems, is highly beneficial.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, load calculation, and basic design principles is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage clients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in HVAC project management.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with flexibility to visit multiple project locations as needed.
