Role Description The Interior Project Manager (Customer Support) is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. In this position, the professional will manage end-to-end customer support for interior design and construction projects using the iDesign.Market platform, ensuring timely progress and clear communication with clients and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, tracking material orders and deliveries, monitoring site execution, and escalating issues early to avoid delays. The role involves working closely with designers, contractors, vendors, and logistics partners, conducting follow-ups on inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation within the system. The Interior Project Manager (Customer Support) will also provide platform-related guidance to customers, gather feedback, and collaborate with product and operations teams to improve service quality and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to manage order follow-ups, deliveries, and vendor coordination effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to oversee timelines, resources, stakeholder communication, and risk identification across interior projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to support quality checks, site reviews, and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to handle material movement, scheduling, and coordination between site, vendors, and warehouses.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in interior design, construction, or AEC project coordination is preferred.
- Proficiency with digital tools and project management platforms; comfort working with data and structured workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, India, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
