Position Level Project Manager - Learning Solutions
Experience 5+ years in project management, preferably in learning, training, eLearning, or content development
Education Bachelor's degree in any field
Rate/Budget Provided INR 1.5 Lakh/month
Engagement Type Contract for 5-6 months
Work Arrangement Hybrid as per project requirement
Role Summary
PM to lead end-to-end delivery of learning and content development projects, coordinating ID, SME, Media, QA, and delivery teams.
Roles n responsibilities:-
- Own the project lifecycle from kickoff through delivery and closure.
- Build project plans, schedules, dependencies, scope, milestones, and deliverables using Microsoft Project.
- Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders, facilitate status meetings, and manage follow-ups.
-Plan resources, manage risks, resolve bottlenecks, and track budgets, utilization, and effort against plan.
- Support review cycles, quality standards, client communication, final sign-off, and reporting governance.
