Role Description The ELearning Project Manager (Edtech) at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end e-learning projects, ensuring courses are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with instructional and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with content creators, instructional designers, and technical teams; managing project timelines, resources, and risks; and overseeing quality checks for e-learning modules before launch. The ELearning Project Manager will track progress through regular status updates, resolve operational issues, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deliverables. The role also involves optimizing project workflows, supporting logistics related to content deployment, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices across the organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess experience in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and resources.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review, verify, and ensure the quality of e-learning content, platforms, and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, tools, and implementation activities for e-learning projects.
- Experience in edtech, e-learning development, or instructional design environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, technical, and academic teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Education, Instructional Design, Business, Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are an advantage.
