Role: Community Kitchen setup
Duration of Project- 12 to 15 months
Years of Experience- 6-12 years
Note: Candidate should be open to re-locate to anywhere in North India, post completion of this project.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage on-site civil works and interior fit outs while ensuring structural integrity and strict adherence to architectural drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee execution of civil works and interior fit outs as per approved blueprints.
- Supervise electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations on site.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized cinema projection and sound cooling systems.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues proactively.
Preferred Profile:
- Background in Civil Engineering / Architecture.
- Strong site execution and coordination experience.
- Knowledge of MEP systems integration.
- Good communication and vendor management skills.
