Experienced Software Project Manager with 12+ years of expertise leading end-to-end enterprise software projects across ERP, CRM, WMS, Web & Mobile Applications.
🔹 Lead project scope, planning, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery
🔹 Manage cross-functional teams across BA, UI/UX, Development, QA, DevOps & Support
🔹 Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure milestone delivery
🔹 Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, risks & mitigation
🔹 Lead requirements gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
🔹 Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and management presentations
🔹 Mentor teams and continuously improve delivery processes
Key Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s & Master’s in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
💼 12+years in Software Project Management
🛠️ Strong SDLC, Agile, Scrum & Waterfall expertise
💻 Experience with MERN Stack, PostgreSQL, APIs & third-party integrations
☁️ Knowledge of AWS/Azure
🌍 Experience managing international clients and cross-functional teams
🤝 Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder & resource management skills
