Summary:
The role of Project Manager is to oversee and support various initiatives focusing on Business Solutions for HR, Legal, CSR, and Content & Communications. This position aims to enhance operational efficiency through effective project management and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of initiatives related to digital services.
- Facilitate and manage projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
- Implement PMO/PMF methodologies in project execution.
Must Haves:
- Previous experience in IT/Digital Services projects.
- Familiarity with PMO/PMF methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexities.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience working across different business functions.
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
