Role Overview:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project data in project management tools/software.
- Analyze project performance metrics such as timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Prepare clear, concise, and data-driven presentations and reports for management review.
- Generate dashboards and visual insights to track project progress and identify trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all reporting systems.
- Support project managers with data insights for better planning and forecasting.
- Identify patterns, risks, or deviations in project data and highlight them proactively.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in project analysis, reporting, or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Smartsheet).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Ability to present complex data in a simple, structured, and meaningful way.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks.
