Project Manager
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Make sure that clientsā needs are met as projects evolve
- Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Analyze customersā needs and suggest upgrades or additional features.
- Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Should have travelling multiple location for project coordination
- Should have handled issues and resolutions
- Should have experience in presentation to CXO to ground users levels
- Should have done training & assisted in handling system issues
- Should have increased users/Usage of the system
- Should have prepared requirement documents (1st Level) for internal team
- Should have work on User Success & Mapping users in large organization
- Should have Experience working with BFSI
- Multi-Department, Multiple-User Management
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Oversee project procurement management to support pre-sales and post-sales processes.

- Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Project Planning & Execution, Resource Planning & Utilization
