🚀 We're Hiring: Software Project Manager – Full Stack & Generative AI 🚀
📍 Experience: 8–10 years overall (min. 3–4 years in Project Management)
💰 Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA
Are you a technically strong Project Manager who can lead software delivery and actively contribute to solution discussions? We're looking for someone who bridges the gap between engineering execution and strategic delivery.
What you'll own:
✅ End-to-end delivery of software projects — from requirements to production
✅ Technical solutioning across Python, React, APIs, databases & cloud architectures
✅ Leading Generative AI projects — LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering
✅ Agile delivery — Scrum/Kanban, sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management
✅ Cross-functional team leadership (Backend, Frontend, AI, QA, DevOps, Product)
✅ Quality governance, risk management & stakeholder communication
What we're looking for:
🔹 Strong hands-on background in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) & React
🔹 Practical exposure to Generative AI / LLM integrations
🔹 Solid PM fundamentals — Jira/Azure DevOps, estimation, risk & stakeholder management
🔹 Prior developer/technical leadership experience preferred
🔹 PMP/CSM/PMI-ACP/SAFe certifications a plus (not mandatory)
