Are you a seasoned civil engineering leader ready to drive impactful construction projects in Pune? 🏗️
SR Buildcon is actively searching for a dedicated Project In Charge to take the helm and steer our projects from the initial planning stages straight through to successful completion.
If you have a strong leadership background and a proven track record of managing sites safely and on budget, we want you leading our teams.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-End Management: Managing projects comprehensively from day-one planning to final completion.
- Financial & Timeline Control: Overseeing project budgets and maintaining strict schedules.
- Site Safety: Ensuring rigorous site safety standards are consistently upheld.
- Team Leadership: Leading, guiding, and motivating our on-site teams.
- Technical Execution: Handling Bill of Quantities (BOQ) estimation and conducting accurate reconciliations.
📋 What You Bring to the Table:
- A Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in the construction field.
- Strong, proven leadership skills to effectively guide project teams.
