🚨 WE'RE HIRING | PROJECT FINANCE MANAGER | DUBAI, UAE 🚨
Misogi Partners is collaborating with a leading renewable energy developer with an international portfolio to hire a Project Finance Manager for utility-scale solar PV, onshore wind, BESS and hybrid projects.
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🎯 What You'll Own
Debt raising, financial structuring and execution from early development through Financial Close: engaging commercial banks, DFIs and ECAs, negotiating term sheets and finance documents, building project finance models covering debt sizing, sculpting, DSCR, LLCR and PLCR, supporting bid pricing and tariff analysis, and managing lender due diligence, refinancing and covenant compliance.
For this requirement, we are specifically looking for a Project Finance Manager with:
🔹 3 to 8 years of project finance experience in renewables or energy infrastructure, on the developer, lender or advisory side
🔹 At least one renewable energy transaction taken through Financial Close
🔹 Strong financial modelling skills with a sound understanding of PPA and IPP structures and DFI, ECA and multi-lender financings
*Regional experience in Africa, South Africa is highly preferred.
