Job Description
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the overall accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination across departments to support business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in Risk Control Matrix (RCM) implementation and monitoring.
- Reconciliation with various statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordination with various departments for smooth accounting and reporting processes.
- Preparation of Management Reports as and when required for business review and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records, timely closure of accounts, and adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Utilization of SAP B One to streamline accounting processes (added advantage).
