About the Role
The Project Executive will be responsible for executing commercial interior and managed workspace projects across multiple projects with excellent coordination, ownership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of workspace fit-out and interior projects across multiple sites.
- Monitor timelines, site readiness, execution progress, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site challenges proactively.
- Maintain strong follow-ups and execution discipline.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in coworking, managed office spaces, commercial interiors, and fit-out projects.
- Go-getter attitude with a strong ownership mindset.
- High level of accountability.
