Role Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud experience to manage and deliver enterprise Oracle Fusion projects. The candidate should have a strong project management background along with hands-on exposure to one or more Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, or other Oracle Cloud modules.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and coordination between business, functional, technical, and implementation teams.
Qualifications
10+ years experience, only candidates from Bangalore will be considered
- Candidates should possess strong Business Process skills, including process mapping, optimization, and alignment with Oracle Fusion functionalities.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including client advisory, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management in enterprise environments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Oracle Fusion/Cloud ERP, with hands-on implementation and configuration experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, budgeting, and reporting for technology projects.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills, including guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and driving collaborative delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Oracle certifications) are an advantage.
- Experience managing mid to large-scale Oracle implementation or transformation projects in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with change management, user training, and post-go-live support in Oracle or similar enterprise applications is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore and collaborate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
