🔥 Job Title: Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer – US Construction

Walk-In Drive Notice: We are hosting a Walk-In Interview Drive in Jaipur on 26th September. Please note the permanent work location for this role is Gurugram / Gurgaon. Candidates based in/near Jaipur who are 100% willing to relocate to Gurgaon are invited to attend.

⚠️ MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):
✅ Experience: 5 to 8 years in Construction/Project Engineering (specifically Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, or Data Center building projects; Plant/Industrial experience will NOT be considered).
✅ Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering strictly required.
✅ Core Skills: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in BIM & Revit for construction documentation, 2D overlays, and project coordination. Must have execution experience in at least TWO: Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Quantity Take-Offs, Estimation, or Project Coordination.
✅ Software/Tools: Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Revizto, or On-Screen Takeoff estimation software.
✅ Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills for daily technical syncs with US-based client teams.
✅ Logistics: 100% Work-from-Office setup based in Gurugram / Jaipur.
➡️ Position Overview
Join a global engineering delivery center managing post-LOD 300 technical operations for high-visibility US infrastructure and commercial projects. This role transitions you beyond production modeling into strategic project engineering, solving live field challenges, managing submittals/change orders, and aligning daily deliverables with US general contractor teams.
💼 Core Responsibilities
✔️ Project Engineering & Controls: Manage technical submittals, RFIs, change orders, 2D overlays, and daily project administration for US building construction.
✔️ BIM & VDC Coordination: Drive post-LOD 300 coordination, construction documentation, and quality control using Revit, Bluebeam, and Navisworks.
✔️ Estimation & Resource Planning: Assist Project Managers with initial project estimating efforts, including quantity take-offs, labor-hour projections, and resource allocation.
✔️ Cross-Border Technical Sync: Conduct daily technical coordination meetings with US counterpart teams to align on task updates, engineering specs, and deliverable milestones.
✔️ QA/QC & Training: Enforce stringent quality assurance standards across project lifecycles and facilitate technical training sessions for engineering team members.
