Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing installation of metal door as per sale order & coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Project Engineer will work closely with clients and Contractor to resolve technical issues, manage project documentation, and support timely completion. The role also involves conducting site visits, supporting testing and inspections, and recommending engineering improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in construction , industrial or metals-related projects, familiarity with safety regulations, and ability to work on-site.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
