WE ARE HIRING | BHS PROJECT COORDINATOR
Three D Integrated Solutions Limited is looking for a BHS Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of Baggage Handling System (BHS) projects.
📍 Location: Gurgaon / Project Site
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for BHS installation and project execution.
- Coordinate between Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Vendors and Site Teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, trackers and documentation.
- Monitor project timelines, material availability and site requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Track installation, testing, commissioning and project milestones.
- Follow up on drawings, BOQs, material dispatches and technical requirements.
- Identify project delays/issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure project documentation and reporting are maintained accurately.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years in project coordination / project execution, preferably in BHS, airport infrastructure, industrial automation or engineering projects.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, project tracking and documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Candidates with airport/BHS project experience will be preferred.
