Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and technically strong Project Architect with 5–8 years of professional experience in architecture and project coordination.
The candidate will work closely with the Senior Architect and Principal Architect, independently handling projects from concept to execution while leading a team of Junior Architects and Interns.
This role requires strong design sensibility, technical coordination skills, project management capability, and the ability to manage projects holistically across all stages.

Qualifications
- 5–8 years experience in architecture and project handling
- Strong design, planning, and technical detailing skills
- Experience in Residential Towers, Commercial Projects, Villas, or Hospitality projects
- Ability to independently manage complete projects
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience managing teams and consultants
- Understanding of BIM workflows and execution processes
- Passion for design excellence and technology-driven architecture
