About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Program Manager to drive strategic programs and operational initiatives at Snabbit. The role will involve working cross-functionally, solving complex business problems, and building scalable processes that improve business and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Tech, Finance, and Business teams to drive key projects.
- Analyze data using SQL and Excel to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key business and operational metrics.
- Define KPIs, monitor program performance, and drive continuous improvements.
- Identify root causes of operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
- Automate reports and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Drive project planning, stakeholder communication, governance, and execution timelines.
- Present data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or Operations Excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL is mandatory, with hands-on experience working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced startup or technology-led environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a strong ownership and bias-for-action mindset.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-growth environments and driving initiatives from 0→1 and 1→N.
