Role Opportunities and Challenges:
As an integral part of the founding startup team at A-Collective, the Program Manager will work directly with leadership/COO to launch, grow, and manage a borderless ecosystem of universities, investors (angels, syndicates, family offices, VCs, impact funds), incubators/accelerators, mentors and mentor networks, and related institutions.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Network Expansion
Research global stakeholders, generate leads, organize initial meetings, follow-ups, provide clarifications and coordinate multi-continental communications.
2. Partnership Activation
Participate in finalizing NDAs, MoUs, and agreements to onboard members/ institutions.
3. Pilot Program Management
Design and execute cross-border pilot projects, coordinate market immersion visits, facilitate customer discovery sessions, and manage international startup delegations in the respective university/geography.
4. Global Events
Plan, organize, and execute quarterly meets, masterclasses, workshops, and the annual conclave alongside extended marketing and event partners (Ex: Marcom, Event management, sponsors, speakers, etc).
5. Ecosystem Relationship Management
Build and sustain strong, ongoing relationships with ecosystem partners through regular check-ins and collaborative initiatives.
6. Impact Tracking & Governance
Monitor and report as per calendar, key metrics (startups supported, pilots launched, mentor hours delivered, partnership activated, and funding secured) to stakeholders.

Expected Competencies & Experience:
- Background: Experience in a similar role working within a mature university entrepreneurship ecosystem, or incubator or accelerator with a proven successful track record.
- Skills: Good at project management; multi-tasking and loves the challenge
- Communication: Written and oral English communication skills and ability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Technical: Hands-on familiarity with the startup business (ex: contracts, investment terms, MoUs, etc). Exposure to or onsite experience with global entities is a distinct advantage.
- Attributes: Energetic, organized, self-driven and passionate about startups and university.
Flexibility to accommodate global time zones when required.
