About the role
We are building a Paid Account Management business — paid services that help sellers launch,
grow and scale their online business. The Program Manager will be the operational backbone of this
program, owning the initiatives, mechanisms, vendors, tools and cross-functional coordination that
keep the business running smoothly. The role reports to the Business Head and partners with them
on key program priorities.
Responsibilities
1. Own critical program initiatives end-to-end, and set up the mechanisms, processes and
governance that keep the business running smoothly as it scales
2. Own work order, contract and vendor management — seller-side agreements (execution,
authorizations, amendments), vendor contracts, SLAs, commercials and performance reviews
3. Drive tool identification, evaluation and adoption — CRM, account management platform and
automation — from requirements to rollout
4. Partner with finance, legal, HR and admin to keep the business unblocked; co-own timely
invoicing, payment tracking and reconciliation with the finance team, and create mechanisms that
enable the business development and account management teams on timely invoicing and
collections
5. Own the service excellence charter for the program — partner with team leads and the Business
Head to elevate seller experience, improve NPS, and institutionalize SOPs and process standards
as the business scales
6. Partner with the Business Analyst to run the program's operating rhythm — reviews, action tracking
and course-correction on critical metrics
7. Act as the escalation point for program and operational issues — deep-dive, then recommend and
build solutions along with the Business Head
8. Build partnerships with industry partners and enablers, jointly with the Business Head
Basic qualifications
1. 4–10 years of program management experience; e-commerce, retail or internet industry
experience preferred
2. Bachelor's degree mandatory; Master's degree preferred
3. Excellent Excel and analytical skills
4. Strong written, oral and presentation skills
5. Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution
