We're Hiring | Faculty – Pattern Making & Garment Construction

We are looking for a Faculty – Pattern Making & Garment Construction to join our academic team.
Key Responsibilities- Teach pattern making, garment construction, and sewing techniques.
- Demonstrate industry-standard drafting, draping, and garment assembly methods.
- Guide students through practical assignments, projects, and portfolio development.
- Develop lesson plans and conduct studio-based learning sessions.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current industry practices and integrate them into classroom teaching.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Fashion Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, fitting, and finishing techniques.
- Prior teaching or industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in both manual pattern making and industry practices is highly desirable.
