Position: Production Support Engineer
Experience: 3+ Years
Location: Mumbai (Turbhe)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- 30% Technical Support & 70% Customer Communication (Calls & Emails)
- Good understanding of Web Services, APIs, and IP-based protocols
- Knowledge of networking and firewall configurations
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments
- Understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other database systems
- Experience with scripting languages (Perl/Shell)
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable providing customer support over calls
- Linux experience is mandatory
- SQL knowledge is mandatory
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
Additional Information:
- 6 days working (2 weekly off)
