🚨 We’re Hiring: Production Support Lead
📍 Location: Hyderabad / Chennai
🏢 Work Model: 5 Days Onsite
⏰ Shift: Rotational shifts starting at 5:30 AM, 1:30 PM and 9:30 PM
🚕 Cab facility available
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Interview Process

Candidates must be comfortable working all five days from the office, attending the face-to-face interview, and working in rotational shifts.
We are looking for an experienced Production Support Lead with strong hands-on expertise in supporting Windows-based enterprise applications and managing critical production environments.
Mandatory Skills
✅ IIS Administration and Troubleshooting
✅ Windows Server Administration
✅ AppDynamics Monitoring and Performance Analysis
✅ F5 Load Balancer Administration
✅ Cloudflare, CDN, DNS and WAF
Experience Required
• 10–15 years of total IT experience
• 8+ years of relevant production/application support experience
• Minimum 2 years of team-handling experience
• Strong L2/L3 production support and incident-management experience
Key Responsibilities
• Manage P1/P2 production incidents and service restoration
• Troubleshoot IIS, Windows Servers, APIs and application performance issues
• Monitor applications using AppDynamics and log-monitoring tools
• Support F5 load balancing, health monitors, pools and traffic routing
• Handle Cloudflare DNS, CDN, WAF, SSL and caching-related issues
• Support production deployments, releases and rollback activities
• Perform root-cause analysis and ensure SLA compliance
• Coordinate with infrastructure, network, development and business teams
• Lead support teams across rotational shifts
Additional Skills
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• API and log analysis
• Splunk or Dynatrace
• SFTP and GoAnywhere
• Basic Linux administration
