- Position: Ubuntu Support Engineer L2
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Location: Hyderabad
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Skills:
- Ubuntu/Linux Administration (Ubuntu 20.04/22.04/24.04 LTS)
- Ubuntu OS Upgrade & Migration
- Linux Kernel Upgrade & Troubleshooting
- Shell Scripting (Mandatory)
- Python (Preferred)
- Ansible Automation
- Patch Management
- VMware / OpenStack
- AD/LDAP Integration
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, NFS)
- LVM, File Systems, APT, DPKG
- Production Support in Enterprise Environments
Good to Have:
- Red Hat Satellite / Ubuntu Landscape
- SIEM, SentinelOne
- Nessus / Qualys
- Jenkins
- Docker
- Kubernetes
Preferred Experience:
- Enterprise Data Centre Operations
- Banking/BFSI Infrastructure
- Large-scale Linux environments (500+ Servers)
- Infrastructure Automation Projects
