🚨HIRING ALERT | PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

🎓Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor weaving operations on Rapier Jacquard Looms.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, manpower, and raw materials.
- Monitor production schedules and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Inspect fabric quality regularly and take corrective action on defects.
- Provide technical guidance to operators, fitters, and helpers.
- Maintain machine efficiency, minimize downtime, and coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Ensure proper handling of yarn, beams, and other weaving materials.
- Maintain production, shift, and defect reports.
- Train and motivate the workforce to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
🎯 Candidate Profile:
Candidates with 10+ years of experience in Rapier Jacquard weaving, production supervision, manpower management, and quality control are preferred.
