Monitoring overall development of capacity line design, line utilization
OEE, and continuous process improvement.
APQP & discuss the lead time of new product development.
Development of Line side facility of further new upcoming project.
Drive productivity improvement initiatives independently.
Responsible for Procurement of new machinery.
PM & Maintenance of existing machinery & its spares parts.
Daily production planning as per schedule received for manufacturing
various types of industrial filters.
Manpower allocation, line balancing, Production planning.
Process improvements through kaizen, poke yoke for Quality, cost
reduction & safety.
Maintain discipline and culture improvement-encourage the involvement
in Quality, Productivity & Safety improvement initiatives
Closure of all customer complaints to meet the required quality
