#Hiring Production & Operations Merchandiser

About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, reliable and detail-oriented Production & Operations Merchandiser to manage production, inventory, order fulfilment and daily operations. If you're organised, enjoy solving problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Order Fulfilment
* Raise production order sheets and coordinate production.
• Ensure timely production and order execution.
• Track production from fabric issuance to finished product.
• Supervise QC, packing and order dispatch.
• Fulfil Shopify and marketplace orders.
2. Inventory Management
* Maintain inventory of finished goods, fabrics, trims and packaging.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as required.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
3. Sourcing & Procurement
* Procure trims, zippers, packaging and other production materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Follow up on material availability.
4. Sampling & Product Development
* Coordinate sample development with the design team and vendors.
• Ensure timely sample execution.
5. Logistics & Dispatch
* Book shipments through Shiprocket, Delhivery, DHL and other courier partners.
• Coordinate customer, retailer and sample dispatches.
• Track shipments and deliveries.
6. Documentation & Operations
* Maintain production, inventory and operations trackers.
• Prepare retailer invoices, delivery challans and ledgers.
• Keep operational documentation up to date.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in production, merchandising, operations or order fulfilment. (Freshers need not apply.)
• Manufacturing experience in export houses or D2C brands is essential.
• Shopify order fulfilment experience preferred.
• Strong inventory management and production planning skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Shiprocket, Delhivery, DHL or similar logistics platforms.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, ownership-driven and able to manage day-to-day operations independently.
