About the Role
We are a luxury fashion brand looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day production and operational activities across our workshop, vendors, inventory, and retail store.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ā ā Coordinate production schedules, workshop activities, and delivery timelines.
ā¢ā ā Manage vendors and follow up on materials, sampling, and finished garments.
ā¢ā ā Oversee inventory, stock movement, and order fulfilment.
ā¢ā ā Coordinate with the retail team to ensure smooth store operations.
ā¢ā ā Conduct quality checks and resolve production or delivery issues.
ā¢ā ā Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and production status.
What Weāre Looking For
ā¢ā ā Experience in fashion, apparel, retail, or production operations.
ā¢ā ā Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
ā¢ā ā Good communication and vendor management abilities.
ā¢ā ā Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
ā¢ā ā Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
