B.Tech / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from a reputed institution. • 12–18 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in defence, aerospace, or high-reliability sectors. • Hands-on experience in SMT, THT, cable assembly, conformal coating, and box-build integration. • Sound knowledge of MIL-STD-810, IPC-A-610/620, and aerospace/defence production documentation. • Familiarity with ERP/MES systems, lean tools, production analytics, and electronic testing equipment (ICT, AOI, functional testers).
