Aromatic Cellulose is looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage and lead production operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Qualification:
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm, B.SC/M.SC
• Relevant Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing qualification preferred
Experience:
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in Dried Bulk Manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in production planning, process handling, manpower management and GMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities:• Plan and execute daily production activities as per production targets.
• Manage and monitor Dried Bulk manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor production processes, productivity, yield and wastage.
• Manage manpower, shifts and production team performance.
• Ensure timely completion of production documentation and records.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance and Stores for smooth production operations.
• Handle production-related deviations, investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and discipline as per GMP requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Train, guide and develop the production team.
Required Skills:• Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & GMP.
• Hands-on understanding of Dried Bulk Manufacturing processes.
• Strong production planning and manpower management skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
