JOB TITLE : Production manager
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience
Salary: Upto 9 LPA
Key Responsibilities
Production Manager
1. Optimum allocation of resources to meet customer schedule on time
2. Improve ITR and reduce age of inventory (WIP & FG).
3. Ensure uninterrupted flow of product through optimum production plan to meet the customer schedule.
REPORTING TO : General Manager
JOB RESPONSIBITIES
1) Collect customer schedule from I/C Marketing Department
2) WIP stock checking
3) Production done as per PPC plan
4) Tooling, maintenance parts, requirement indent in ERP take approval from concern dep. & forward to I/C Purchase Dept.
5) Inputs for preparation of work orders as per production plan.
6) Resolve schedule complains & shortages, monitor machine booking & planning
7) Monitoring material movement from one operation to another in consolation with I/C Production
8) Monthly machine plan as per requirement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1). Graduated
2). Minimum 5 years as Production Manager in Manufacturing sector
