We're hiring: Production Department Manager, Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Digital Visibility Concepts (DVC) is a US company, founded in 2005 in Gainesville, Florida. We show US local businesses what AI engines like ChatGPT, Google, Claude and Gemini say when a customer asks for their trade, and then we fix what's missing.
Our Production Department in Bangalore builds everything our Florida sales team works from: prospect lists, mail campaigns, AI search reports and client presentations. We're looking for a manager to run it every day, on time, every time.
💼 What you'll do:
• Run a weekly scripted data pipeline that turns raw business data into verified prospect records, letters and call sheets.
• Manage 3–4 production analysts: assign daily work, check quality against written standards, and send back mistakes the same day.
• Own tight deadlines: one-hour reports during the US workday, and client presentation decks delivered by 6:00 PM US Eastern.
• Run our monday CRM as an administrator: imports, views, automations and a daily scoreboard.
• Report daily in numbers, and flag problems the hour you find them.
• Work with our outside developer to report and test software fixes.
✅ You should have:
• Hands-on experience running a data pipeline: large spreadsheets (1,000+ rows), at least one API, and Python or an automation tool like n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Experience with tools like Google Places, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Experience managing the daily output of 3+ people in person, against a written standard.
• CRM admin experience (monday CRM is a plus).
• A track record of hitting deadlines measured in hours.
• Clear written and spoken English.
Nice to have: experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools, direct mail or print processes, building PowerPoints or PDFs from templates or scripts, or managing a mailbox for someone else.
🌙 Shift: This is an evening/night shift aligned to US Eastern time, in the office, Monday to Friday.
• 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST (until November 1).
• 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (from November 2).
• Company-arranged transport home after every shift.
