Position: Product Supervisor – Telesales (Insurance)
📍 Location: Chennai
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle outbound calls and generate insurance sales
• Explain insurance products and recommend suitable plans
• Convert leads and achieve monthly sales targets
• Follow up with prospective customers
• Handle customer queries and maintain customer relationships
• Update lead and sales details in CRM
• Work effectively in a target-driven environment
🔹 Requirements
• HSC Pass / Any Graduate
• 6 Months – 3 Years of telesales experience
• Insurance telesales experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil
• Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
