Key Responsibilities
✅ Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for healthcare products.
✅ Manage and prioritize product backlog, user stories, and sprint objectives.
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX designers, and healthcare professionals.
✅ Drive product enhancements through customer feedback and data-driven insights.
✅ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security, and quality standards.
✅ Lead Agile ceremonies and support successful product delivery.

Preferred Experience
✅ 2+ years in HealthTech, Digital Health, Healthcare Technology, Health Insurance, or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) domain.
✅ Understanding of US Healthcare regulations (HIPAA, ERISA, etc.).
✅ Experience working with Global Capability Centers (GCC).
✅ Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams.
