About Our Client:
Digital insurance platform helping advisors and consumers discover, compare and distribute insurance products across health, life, motor and business insurance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the end-to-end usage and retention strategy for insurance advisors on the platform.
- Drive activation of newly onboarded advisors and improve time-to-first-policy issuance.
- Increase monthly active users (MAU), weekly active users (WAU), and overall platform engagement.
- Design and execute lifecycle marketing journeys across WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, email, in-app messaging, and outbound calling.
- Improve advisor retention, repeat policy issuance, and cross-sell through personalized engagement campaigns.
- Identify churn signals and build proactive win-back campaigns.
- Build segmentation strategies based on advisor behavior, lifecycle stage, geography, and business potential.
- Partner with Product to improve onboarding, feature adoption, and in-app engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Business, CRM, Analytics, and Tech teams.
- Own experimentation roadmap through A/B testing.
- Define and monitor key engagement metrics and dashboards.
- Use customer insights to recommend product improvements.
- Drive referral, loyalty, and rewards programs.
- Ensure marketing automation journeys are scalable and optimized.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years in CRM, lifecycle, growth, product marketing, or retention.
- Experience with MoEngage, CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, etc.
- Strong analytical skills (SQL, Excel, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management.
