🚨 Hiring: Product Manager | SAAS Company | Pune
One of our clients is looking for an experienced Product Manager to build and scale our client's AI-powered Sales Intelligence platform.
📍 Pune | 100% Onsite – Pune, Magarpatta
💼 Experience: 6–12 years
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days only
Key requirements:
• Strong Product Management experience in B2B SaaS / Product companies
• Experience building and scaling products from 0→1 and 1→100
• Strong experience in Product Discovery, MVP development and product launches
• Experience driving product adoption, activation, engagement and retention
• Strong customer-facing experience, including enterprise customers
• Experience working with Engineering, UX, AI/ML and Data teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, PRDs, user stories and product prioritization
• Exposure to AI-powered SaaS, Generative AI, predictive analytics or workflow automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You will be responsible for driving product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, product adoption and growth for an AI-powered platform serving enterprise sales teams.
Detailed Job Responsibilities:
As part of the product team, you'll help build capabilities that enable enterprise sales teams to:
•Discover high-potential growth opportunities using AI.
•Identify buying signals and intent-based prospects.
•Prioritize accounts using predictive intelligence.
•Generate actionable sales insights and recommendations.
•Improve pipeline generation and conversion.
•Deliver personalized customer engagement at scale.
•Automate research and account planning.
•Enable sales teams with AI-powered workflows and insights.
•Enhance customer intelligence and competitive intelligence.
•Improve revenue productivity through intelligent automation.
Required Skills & Experience
•5–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
•Experience working in CRM, SalesTech, Revenue Intelligence, or Customer Engagement platforms.
•Proven track record of launching products from 0→1 and scaling them successfully.
•Strong understanding of product discovery and customer-centric design.
•Experience improving product adoption, activation, and customer retention.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
•Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Ability to prioritize using business impact and customer value.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
•Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, AI/ML, and Data teams.
Preferred Qualifications : MBA or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Product Management, or related field.
•Experience with AI-powered SaaS platforms.
•Familiarity with CRM ecosystems and enterprise sales workflows.
•Exposure to product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, GA4, or similar.
•Experience working in high-growth product organizations.
