We are looking for a Product Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative, solution-oriented products in the food, nutraceutical, enzymes, proteins, fibers, and minerals segments.
🔬 Key Responsibilities
• Develop new product concepts and formulations
• Conduct laboratory trials and prototype development
• Evaluate raw materials, formulations, and process parameters
• Optimize products for functionality, quality, stability, and cost
• Prepare technical documentation and product specifications
• Work closely with R&D, QA, Production & Sales teams
• Support scale-up and commercialization of new products
• Identify opportunities to develop problem-solving, application-based solutions
🎓 Qualification
B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc in: Food Technology | Biotechnology | Biochemistry | Microbiology | Life Sciences or related fields.
Experience: 0–3 years in product development, formulation, R&D, or applications. Freshers with strong practical/academic project experience are also encouraged to apply.
